- Liver / General Health Improvement - I received some blood results last year showing my Gamma-glutamyl Transferase (GGT) and Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) levels were on the high side indicating my liver was functioning sub-optimally. A month off drinking alcohol before Christmas and taking N-Acetyl Cysteine, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Milk Thistle got them just above healthy threshold so having another couple of months off until March to hopefully get my levels back into the Green.
- Procrastinate less / be more productive in my free time - I became increasingly aware last year that my evening concentration levels were waning. For example I would habitually be reaching for my phone without a goal while watching something on TV and end up losing the plot. I think this has something to do with having an easily accessible internet connected device is close proximity. So i've uninstalled a bunch of apps and putting devices in another room to attempt to curtail the blight.
- Committing to:
- Cooking something from scratch at least once a week
- Reading something every day
- 20 Minutes of Mindfulness Practice
- Experimenting with Breathwork
- Stretch and do some form of daily exercise
- Finding time for music
- Finding New Social Community - My circles have been growing smaller and cognitive decline is starting to rear its head in The Elders so i'm curious to see what else is out there...Ju-Jitsu might be on the cards
